Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense? (if so we can help clear it up!): If a player roleplays as an Arcane Familiar,do they require a character,or can the mage simply create their Familiar and the player wanting to be the Familiar enters an application,and if its accepted the player can be given free-will,and fight with the mage.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: Going around,looking for roleplay servers.

Definitions

 

 

What is roleplaying?: Two people writing a book,together in order to make a great story.

What is metagaming?: Using in real life information,or third party information(Skype,Teamspeak.) inorder to win battles or get a head start.

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Suddenly gaining ability that is unrealistic(Bob erupts lava from the floor,by harnessing magma).

Character’s sex: (male or female?) Male

Character’s race: (you can find all the playable races here.) Human

Character’s age: (upon application, your character must be 18 or older, and depending on the race, they can be over five hundred years old!) 21(Born in 1542)

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore.): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) During the war,Helix was born.

He was only a new born,so he did not know much of war.

His parent's avoided and evaded the crossfire of the war by hiding in houses,and several mines.

Upon the age of 3,his parents and him started to attempt in gathering resources to help in the war,but it was in naught as the war was getting closer.

Upon the age of 5,the war was starting to calm,however during the small peace phase Helix and his parents had.

A fire went up in their house,Helix made it out,but with a flaming scar on his face.

After both sides were exhausted after the great war,Helix was sent to a small orphanage in order to have a normal life.

Upon the age of 10,Helix got new parents that he got along with well. And had a new life with.

Still re-thinking the war,Helix decided to learn about weaponry and combat.

After his parents found out,they were encouraged to help him learn,so that maybe he could grow to be better,and more of a help if another war,or something bad happened to him.

Upon the age of 18,Helix was sent to learn in swordplay.

Even though he did not perform,he learned.

He did not perform due to various teachers being out to train others,and several retired.

Upon the age of 21,Helix wanted to move,in order to make a life for himself.

And learn further upon the world,and so he did.

His parents wept,and kissed.

And he was off on his way.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Good running,good at learning,and has a liking for swords.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) Learn more of the world,and soon become a knight to defend against war.

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Weaponry.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) Magic,very bad at it due to having not a single idea that it exists, and knowledge of forging.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Normal height of an 18 year old,scar on face(look at skin.) from burns.

-A mage requires to have the ability to create a familiar, and yes, a player must be selected and make an application in the MA subforum, and than have it accepted.

 

-You need to expand upon your meta-gaming and power-gaming definitions.

 

-You still need to link your previous applications. That is- to copy and paste the web address of your previously denied applications into the section that asks for them.

 

-Your entire application is still strewn with typos and errors.

 

-Your character's biography is poorly written, and very confusing. What war were his parents nearby!? Why at 3 years old do they send him out to gether supplies?

 

-Your character's biography includes no server lore.

 

-Your character's minecraft skin doesnt really make sense. A burn would not turn half of a character's hair pitch black (especially many years after) and his eyes blood red, likewise, his clothing looks exceedingly modern. (And has 3 tails on the back???) -NOT having the skill of a blacksmith, or a mage, is /not a weakness/. While it is something he cannot do, it is rather simply a strength he does not have, not something that hinders him.
