-Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I prefer to think so. My spelling is off at times, but I do well enough.

-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I like to think that I am a likable, quirky individual. I've been an avid gamer for nearly all my life (since the age of 3). I enjoy writing, telling stories and cooking.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I can't really make a firm commitment to this as my schedule varies, but on regular weeks I'd say roughly 5+ hours for four days out of the week.

-How long have you played minecraft?: Roughly, for 6-7 months now.

-What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I know that the most important thing is to never break character. I've been to rp servers on other mmo's and it completely ruins my immersion. Second most important thing is to be creative. Games become stale when you recycle character archetypes. I've been roleplaying on and off for the past 15 years on web forums and have led many roleplays in that time. I have 4 years experience playing and DMing Dungeons and Dragons and 2 years with World of Darkness/Vampire: Requiem.

-What do you expect this server will be like?: I've read most of the scraps of lore on your forums and I've seen the trailer you've posted on the Minecraft forums. Once I finish this application, I intend to explore your world as a soul for a time. I expect that it will be a truly epic experience. The world is so rich with visuals, history and culture and I simply cannot wait to dive in!

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I've played on one other Minecraft server. It was just me and about eight of my friends. I was made an admin, however I have become inactive due to differences in vision between myself and the server owner. There was never any bad blood, it just stopped being fun for me.

-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore?: In thorough detail. Yes and yes.

-Name the 4 races on this server. Human, Elf, Dwarf and Orc

-How did you hear about us?: I stumbled across your thread on the Minecraft forums.

-Character Name: Levi Alivahr (Leh-vee Al-uh-var)

-Biography: Levi was born in poverty and as a bastard. His father was a drunken farmhand and his mother was a harlot. When he reached 8 years of age, times were desperate for his family and his own father sold him into slavery. Levi came into the service of a noble residing in one of Oren's fringe territories. For many years, Levi lived a very hard life. When most of the boys came of age in the house, they were often sent to work in the mines near the lord's estate, but not Levi. The lord had tastes that some would consider "peculiar," to put it kindly. He and Levi grew very "close," though Levi bore the lord no love. This was purely for survival.

Levi tended to his master frequently through the day and often delighted in watching the roving minstrels entertain when he could steal glances. It was then when he decided that he wanted better for himself. He made efforts to become even closer to his master. The lord was pleased and eventually allowed Levi to share his bed on some nights. Levi made his move on one of these nights, slitting his master's throat. Quietly, he fled from the estate and the guards were none the wiser until it was far too late to catch him.

For the next few years, Levi drifted from town to town, cutting purses to feed himself. He had spent his fair share of time in many of Oren's prisons, but he was young and they never kept him for very long. When he wasn't in trouble with the law or plying his trade, he often found himself drawn to minstrels. After performances, he would often stay and chat with them, many of which were happy to oblige his questions. He "acquired" a lute and learned to play it well. Others taught him the basics of the written word and he began to compose his own music. In the following years, he sought out a more honest living by plying his trade as a bard.

At present, he is quite enjoying this sort of life, but any bard worth his salt needs a wealth of stories and lore. He is thinking about traveling to the capital city of Oren and beyond to lands largely unknown to him to increase his bardic knowledge.

-Character Age: 24

-Character Appearance: Levi stands at 5'7". He has straw blond hair, green eyes and clothing that would make a jester blush. He wears a plain white shirt accompanied by a purple vest with gold-ish trim. The gaudiness of his attire is accented by his light blue, gold-ish seamed breaches. The only practical portions of his outfit are his travel worn boots, and his matching oxblood belt and gloves. His clothing may be an eyesore, but when you're plying your trade as an untested bard, it's important that you stand out in a crowd.

-Character Personality: As a youth, Levi was sullen and withdrawn. As his luck began to change, however, he has become far more outgoing. At present, his guile is only outmatched by his charisma. He has a largely positive outlook on life, but in difficult times, the darker aspects of his personality emerge and he is prone to retreat to solitude.

-Your ambitions: To see the world of Aegis and learn of its mysteries. He figures that becoming a part time sell-sword would be the best way to accomplish this. For now, Levi is content to relieve nobles of their coin in exchange for a story or a song, but he has not forgotten his past and it's difficult to tell whether or not he will seek to exact his revenge on other wicked nobles. Time will tell.

-Can your character read or write?: Somewhat. As Levi spent most of his youth as a slave, this isn't his strong suit. He can write and read his own writing, but often times the script deviates from what it should actually be. It takes him a while to decipher signs and missives. This is a tender subject and he tries to hide this fact the best he can.

-Can your character mine?: Levi has a small amount of experience in mining. He was sent to the mines when the master was displeased with him, but as I stated before, he spent far more time at his master's side.

-Are you a capable builder? Levi had no building experience.

-Can you wield a sword?: Levi has a decent amount of combat experience with a sword. In his thieving days, he was no stranger to back alley scraps.

-Enjoy Farming?: No. After working as a slave, Levi detests the act. Also because it reminds him of the vague memories he has of his father.

-Does your character have any special skills?: He is a performer. He sings, dances, tells stories and does many other things that a performer ought. He is also very stealthy and nimble. Very good at getting in and out of places unnoticed.

I've had a lot of time to think about it and I have many more details in mind, but I know you're probably busy so I spared you the more specific stuff. Secondly, I'm sorry for the poor quality of the skin image and I hope it meshes with what you're looking for. The link to your skins is broken, so I had to build this one up from scratch. I actually quite like the way it turned out and I hope you do as well. Finally, I plan to update the skin to reflect anything from changes in attire, to battle scars that he may acquire on his journey (if that's alright with you, of course). Thank you for your time. :)
