Compost Bin Issues

Issue 1:

I put 152 potatoes, 7 carrots, and 5 beetroots into a compost bin that already had 66 compost in the output.

After the compost bin has consumed all of the food, it still had 66 compost in the output. It consumed the food at it's normal rate.

I've also seen compost bins with 68 compost and 69 compost in the output, I assume they had the same issue.

 

Issue 2:

Compost bins don't take Raw Mutton. They also had this issue on Vailor.

EDIT (Nov. 2, 2016): I also saw a compost bin with 64 + 0 in it recently. When I tried to take the 0 out, it disappeared when I clicked on it.
