Trade. An essential part of any settlement. The dark elves of Ker'nor have gone plenty of years without a proper place to conduct business and bartering. Though do not fret, for with the Princes' blessing the Dalavician Company can now proudly announce the establishment of a merchant's quarter for the more greedy sort of elfkind.

 

There are currently six stalls available for the merchants of Ker'nor, with licences granted by the Master of Trade, Mithius Dalma.

The licence fee is set at a hundred minae, with the tax yet to have been established.

 

One may obtain a licence through letter or a personal meeting with the Master. Below you will find a format for applying for a licence! ((Good for people from differing timezones and all.))
