And sure you got new players so your Managers needed to train them but that was twords the end of the month, could you explain to us on how those projects are doing I'm quite interested. Sorry if it comes off anyway harsh I just wish to know as a player that the team that manages the people coming into the server is doing well.

The two members doing the work are doing it a bit too much - I mean, it's great to have applications done within minutes of them being put up... However, this means that people on at the time that apps com in and such will just eat up all the applications. If they surpass 40% of all apps done in a month - it's impossible for everyone to meet quota.

 

At the end of the day, as long as people aren't burning out and apps are being done in a timely manner - that is what matters.

It's really not as competitive as you make it seem. Aside from the beginning and end of the month apps typically sit for 1 to 4 hours before I get to them and even then at the end of the month the people who are ahead slow down so that other people can catch up.
