As my views from being in ET twice and just being on the sides gawker is that there has always been a decent bit of rot in the core of ET. With few stars who shined very bright through diligent work while the rest were much more lacklustre entities, be it laziness or simple creative brain drain from being ET/playing on LOTC. Are documents, like this , still making its rounds about the team to help out, and are these documents making any actual headway in your personal opinion? Also quotas, like you said, is more detrimental than helpful entity. Mainly due to it being a even larger creativity/willpower drain on a ET; which has always been the main factor in the core rot of ET which causes a label of 'Laziness' to be put on the Team imo. Anything in the pipeworks to help unload this brain drain off of ET periodically enough we don't see the general trend of seeing spikes of dedication, be it positive or negative spikes, rather than constant trends?
