What is roleplaying?:The action of becoming a totally new character, not always human, with different strenghts and weaknesses and a new personality.

 

What is metagaming?: The action of stating facts that the character doesn't know, but the player does. Example : OOC "Out Of Character" Hey Dark Elf Coorige157, how are you" Coorige157 being the player's username, and Dark elf her race. In that case it's FalseRP.

 

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?:Similar to Metagaming, it's doing something normally your character would be unable to do. *Arewien decapitates Jerome* CANT DODGE, CANT FIGHT BACK. That is FalseRP again.

Biography:  Arewien was born in a cloudy afternoon, far from any village, and life wasn't simple at his arrival. Only a few hours had passed in the giant mountains of Malinor and he already was on the verge of death. His father, gone to hunt for food to feed his new-born son, was not there to protect the mother and the baby elf from a group of goblins patrolling the area. When the goblins had spotted the mother and the son, she needed to be quick. But she couldn't. She panicked, and she started running. Without her son.

 

The goblins chased the woman and ignored the little one, there wasn't enough meat to feed a baby goblin anyway. What could Arewien do? He was so young. He let out loud whimpers, in hope of someone hearing him. What were the odds anyway? One out of a hundred? Miracles happen.

 

Arewien was snatched from his blanket by what seemed to be the wind, but at a second glance, the person seemed to be an elf like him, but with a grave look and darker skin:<<You're safe now, i'll take care of you.>> and the baby passed out.

 

His new father, Arduk, was very kind and loving and took care of him for Arewien's next 28 years, and through the change of location from Elandriel to Normandor. Arduk taught his son numerous things, told him many stories of the first humans and Malin, the father of the Elves. But Arewien still has a lot to learn.

 

Personality Traits: Open-minded, smart (His father is one of the wisest men in Asulon. Every chance Arewien gets, he cheers up his village with jokes, music, and even after a defeat, the soldiers crack a smile or even laugh. Then the party begins. Arewien is a wise elf (extremely rare for young elves) and when the opportunity to help around the village appears, Arewien is the first in line.

 

Ambitions: Arewien does not like when blood is spilled, and cannot even think about becoming a soldier and killing other races, especially Humans. Instead, with his current knowledge of the environment, (which is way past anyone of his age), he wants to become a wanderer through races and be peaceful. There will have to be casualties though.

 

Strengths/Talents: Arewien is the strongest and most agile hunter in his tribe, no questions asked. (PvE). When an idea strikes Arewien, nobody doubts him and yet it has not exterminated the elf race, so they keep trusting him.

 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: 1 on 1 combats (duels). Arewien was not born to be a killer, He cannot stand leaving someone behind! Nobody, ally or enemy.

 

Appearance: Tall, muscular, long hair, milky skin (very pale). Big scar starting from his right eyebrow and ending at the top of his cheek caused by a wild chase with goblins.
