Downloading Map

Hey guys, I am trying to download Vailor. When I download it, I get a winrar file, and I tried to extract it to minecraft saves file, but it didn't work. Can anyone help me out on what I am supposed to be doing? I have never downloaded a map before.

I got this. When I extracted it, I could not find the save map on singleplayer. Do you mean there's something inside the file that I extract that I need to extract?

yes the save file is a folder which is inside that archive. if you have winrar installed double clicking it should just open it up and you can drag the folder out.
