SECTION I - EPISCOPAL APPOINTMENTS:

Through the Divine Magisterium of the Church of the True Faith and of the Old Believers the

The church of the True Faith is divided amongst many archdioceses and dioceses, often called archeparchies and eparchies. Each diocese is held in trust by a Bishop who in turn is also a member of the Conclave of Episcopates, a council of Bishops tasked with participating and voting on the Ecumenical Councils called forth by the High Priest. Each diocesan bishop is tasked with aiding his See’s faithful and delegating priests to smaller parishes, for a Archbishop his task is to appoint Bishops to his sub-dioceses,

SECTION III - SCRIPTURAL APOCRYPHA:

It has come to the attention of the most Holy and Blessed See of Aleksandria and to the Successor of the Diarchs; Callixtus Primus, that scripture currently in the Canonical Scripture of the Church of the True Faith, namely the Scrolls of the Gospel and that of Auspice is of dubious and unholy nature for the reason listed:

  1. Both Gospel and Auspice have been written by earth-bound rulers of mankind, while many may claim this a sign of divine providence, it is clear, especially due to recent events, that God does not favour those of direct prophetical lineage. The Church affirms that both Godfrey and Siegmund were too earthbound to lead Godly lives and to be called to prophethood whilst Horen was an humble leader of his tribe and Owyn was a destitute orphaned prince who purged God’s enemies. Why would God call worldly and sinful men to deliver his message?

  2. Both Gospel and Auspice are the only unfinished scrolls of the Church. The scroll of the Gospel is nothing more than the mere history book of Holy History, which should be respected, but should not be viewed as something of a sacred and infallible nature, for, unlike both Virtue and Spirit offer no moral teaching and is wholly incomplete. The history within the Scroll of the Gospel should not be viewed as infallible but as part of the Holy Tradition and History of the Faith. The Scroll of Auspice is the worse of the supposed Canon of the Church, for it is the most unfinished piece of ‘Holy’ Text, it lacks any development besides a few beginning canticles. The church affirms that both Scrolls, due to their incomplete nature cannot be considered the fruit of God’s manifestation onto this earth, for if it were would the scrolls not be finished after centuries of the last ‘prophet’s’ death?

  3. Both Gospel and Auspice also lack historic legitimacy, which may not seem to be important, but, with the multiple deviations made by the Canonist Church and its predecessors in both liturgy, tradition and Dogma, how can two scrolls, made by ungodly men, be accepted by the True Faith, if the men who “received” them supported, and many times ruled, a fallible and corrupt church?

It is with these points that through the divine Godhead which imbues this document with Holy Truth that we so declare the Scroll of Auspice as Apocrypha and the Scroll of the Gospel to be simply denoted as the Church History. All copies of the Apocryphal scroll are to be burned by divine mandate. All Holy Days pretraining to Godfrey and Siegmund are to be dropped, all icons of said men are to be cast into the flame.

SECTION IV - MILITANCE:

Through the divine authority of the Holy Magisterium of the Holy and Blessed Church of the True Faith, created by the Divine Mandate through Owyn and vested to the First High Priests, Diarchs Evaristus and Clement, we, the Holy Magisterium, do enfeoff to the Order of Saint Lothar, known in High Imperial as Ordo Fratrum Sancti Lotari with full authority in regards to the Church Militant and Church Justice in all the realms who accept the True Faith.

SECTION V - CANONIZATIONS & BEATIFICATIONS:

The following people are recognized as being in a state of grace and now dwell in the Seven Skies: Exalted Horen first Prophet, Exalted Owyn second Prophet; Saint Julia of Paradisus, Patroness of Women, Exorcisms and of Courland; Saint Godwin of Paradisus, Patron of Kings and Royalty; Saint Joren of Paradisus, Patron of the Highlanders; Saints High Priests Evaristus and Clement, Patrons of the Church and the Priesthood; and Saint Lothar of Balian, Patron of Warriors and Militant Monastics.

The following people are recognized as being in a lesser state of grace, dwelling in the Fourth Sky: Blessed Hilarion, he who wrote the Docens.

The following people are to be considered as possible candidates for beatification: Aleksander Staunton. Reasons for the conclave’s refusal of beatification: was a canonist lord, miracle of the mass baptism uncertain.

SECTION VI - CELIBACY:

The church does proclaim that celibacy among the clergy is not needed, although individuals may take the oath of celibacy before the altar of God, celibacy is not compulsory and all oaths of celibacy taken under the Canonist Church are considered null. However, once married a priest may not either request for an annulment nor remarry after their wife as passed away. Brothers and Sisters of the monastic orders must make the oath of celibacy, however. This is due to the recent origin of the oath of celibacy, coming from High Pontiff Lucien II. Neither the Exalted nor the early church were celibate, thus neither should the clergy feel obligated to abstain from one of the sacraments of the Faith to be able to fully honour God.

In nomine Dei, the Conclave of Episcopates under the leadership of Callixtvs Primvs.
