(Cause Since there's such things as fertile Half-Elves they have to be the same species. And no two different species can have a kid and it be fertile) Cats are more closely related to wolves where they branch off from the Order. The pros need to be fleshed out further to get an idea of how much stronger the creature is, the cons need some work as well to balance the piece. And on a smaller note, the Aspects don't tend to work on their own and this should most likely have involved all of them. If you still wish to keep it just Nemiisae, a solid reasoning will be needed.
