Al-Khaleed Property and Citizenship Amendment

The Sultanate of Haria and the Grand City of Al’Khaleed has recently been hit by a gulf of prosperity. This is why the council of Haria has decided to open the city once more to all children of the Creator (الله).

 


 

Citizenship Laws

 

Section 1:

Everyone, irrespective of race, age, culture, gender and/or religion, can apply for full citizenship to The Grand City of Al’Khaleed and The Sultanate of Haria.

 

Section 1.1:

Any Farfolk and/or follower of Al’iiman Rashidun shall immediately be granted citizenship to The Grand City of Al’Khaleed and The Sultanate of Haria and shall be assigned a house/property.

 

Section 1.2:

Any Non-Farfolk and/or not a follower of Al’iiman Rashidun shall have to do a short integration test, this integration test includes:

 

  1. How to wear proper Harian attire and garments
  2. Learning a few helpful Qalashi words to communicate with the denizens of the Sultanate.
  3. Learning a few important Qalashi customs and laws to prevent conflict with the people and the guards.

 

If the applicants passed the test, they shall be assigned a house/property within The Grand City of Al’Khaleed and the Sultanate of Haria.

 

Section 1.3:

Any Non-Farfolk and/or not a follower of Al’iiman Rashidun shall have to pay the Jizya (Foreigners Tax) This tax shall be:

  • 25 mina every two Khali weeks for slums
  • 50 mina every two Khali weeks for houses
  • 150 mina every two Khali weeks for estates

 

Section 1.4:

If any Non-Farfolk and/or not a follower of Al’iiman Rashidun becomes an oathed member of The Eternal Mubarizun, they shall be exempt from the Jizya. (Foreigners Tax)

 

Section 1.5:

If any Non-Farfolk and/or not a follower of Al’iiman Rashidun becomes a worker/employee of the Harian Government they shall be exempt from the Jizya. (Foreigners Tax)

 

Section 1.6:

Any current citizen to The Grand City of Al’Khaleed and Sultanate of Haria shall not be affected by the ratification of this amendment.

 


 

Trade Laws

 

Section 2:

Everyone, irrespective of race, age, culture, gender and/or religion, can apply for a stall, trade, set up a shop and/or set up guild within The Grand City of Al’Khaleed and The Sultanate of Haria.

 

Section 2.1:

Any Farfolk, follower of Al’iiman Rashidun shall be granted a stall and/or shop within The Grand City of Al’Khaleed and Sultanate of Haria without any burden.

 

Section 2.2:

Any who wishes to set up/settle a guild within The Grand City of Al’Khaleed and Sultanate of Haria will have this guild give it services to the government of Grand City of Al’Khaleed and the government of Sultanate of Haria without charge. If the guild doesn't comply, it will be submitted to the Trade Jizya (Trade Foreigners Tax)

 

Section 2.3:

Any Non-Farfolk and/or not a follower of Al’iiman Rashidun who wishes to set up a stall and/or shop and guilds who are not willing to support the Sultanate of Haria with services shall have to pay the Trade Jizya (Trade Foreigners Tax) This tax shall be:

  • 75 mina every two Khali weeks for stalls
  • 150 mina every two Khali weeks for guilds
