What’s the rule you agree with the most?: "Derogatory remarks directed toward those on Lord of the Craft mediums of communication will not be tolerated. This includes racist/homophobic/sexual/otherwise vulgar terms or crude and insensitive comments for the sake of insulting the player they’re directed to." 

 

A rule I truly agree to, as it refers to people whom use excessive unacceptable, and often unnecessary language. With this rule, it can easily assure a more safe roleplay environment for people of various ages.

 

 

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense? (if so we can help clear it up!): I find none of the rules confusing, and instead; easy to understand, and well written.

 

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I was introduced to the server by a friend of mine, we've migrated from servers in search for one that may fit our standards and offer a more fun environment for roleplay.

Definitions

 

What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is when an individual acts out a character or characters.

 

What is metagaming?: During roleplay, when a player is aware of information regarding the character outside of roleplay, while their own initial character doesnt.

 

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: An act in which a player forces actions upon another character without their consent.

 

In-Character Information
 

Character’s name: (what do you want your character to be called?) Cassius Drayven.

 

Character’s sex: (male or female?) Male.

 

Character’s race: (you can find all the playable races here.) Human.

 

Character’s age: (upon application, your character must be 18 or older, and depending on the race, they can be over five hundred years old!) 22 years.

 

Biography  : (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.)  Cassius is but the youngest of members in the merchant family, Drayven. The family originates from within the once realm of Vailor and had inhabit the Holy Orenian Empire in their past history. Eventually the oldest of members in the family had evade the empire and isolated themselves within nearby dense greenery, having thought for it to be best in order to evade any possible war to break out between the dwarven empire of Urguan and Oren. Thus, the majority of the family timeline was raised isolated from the rest of the populous until any possible threats of war had settled, eventually proceeding to venture forth and around the realm in search for occupations. They're often seen in multiple places as they travel the lands and settle in various locations with the hopes of gaining decent coin from the selling and trading of various trinkets they acquire throughout their ventures.

 

Drayven is one of the few whom prefers not to follow the traditions of his family and had set off in search for a more exciting ambitions and method of gaining coin. However, his unorthodox ways had sparked bad blood between himself and the rest of his family, as they had eventually disowned him at the adolescent age of 14 for not following their traditions. He would eventually settle in a tavern, often unnoticed, spending most of his days begging for coin until he was finally adopted by a brothel owner. He'd grow to the age of 18 when he had finally left his temporary home to fully embrace his wished future, travelling to various locations in the search for an occupation he'd fancy, including the war-threatening origins of his family, Holy Orenian Empire. He'd travel long distances, including the Sultanate of Haria where he studied for many months, the ethics, tradition and the ancient religion,  the Al’iiman Rashidun. He'd embrace many occupations that required his set of skills as a human, this would include a wide variety of hard labour, such as farming, and butchering, and has even stemmed to occupations of loyalty as he'd eventually pledge his life to knightly-service for a noble at the age of 20; eventually abandoning his pledge, months later. Now jobless, Cassius Drayven currently roams the within the Kingdom of Ruska in search for an occupation he'd deem suitable for himself.

 

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) His habits are often bland; including collections of whatever the human can grab ahold of. He enjoys music of most variants, and dislikes anything that relates to him having to submerge into water, (As he lacks the ability to swim). 

 

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) His only ambition is to become a leader of sorts, and of any kind- whether it be royalty or of a small lot.

 

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Cassius, being a human, lacks much talent than other races. He's inherit skills in the arts; including carving, painting, and sketching of every kind. He is specialized in hunting, and gathering. Overall, inheriting the knowledge to most necessities for an average human to require in order to live. 

 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) A great weakness on his part is swimming, as he is afraid of being head-under water. 

 

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) He inherits a tall, slender build with some muscle. His hair is a chestnut brown and slicked back, occasionally seen with a ponytail. He's often seen in his fancied merchant attire, including a black duster-coat, simply noir pants, and leather boots.
