It is hereby decreed, by the wishes of the Empire's noble servant, James Augustus of House Norrington, that House Norrington will now be Formally Recognized as the House of Windsor. Claimants of Norrington Blood and Brood will be known by the surname of Windsor, and granted the same rights of Nobility within The Duchy of Mardon and the Holy Orenian Empire. 

 

Let it be also known that the Seat of House Windsor, currently known as the 'County of Darkwood", shall be replaced as the 'County of Ashenvale' , and the Noble Estate, 'Windsor Castle'.
