Which Dev changed the potion recipes? Or is this a mistake?

Only the Brew of Harmony was removed. That was not meant to still be around, it was a temporary event potion from the beginning of Vailor.

Huh, seems you failed on the temporary and let a game changing potion stay around for basically 2 maps. Where it essentially was a Greater Healing Potion, Orc Buff, and Stoneskin all in one with zero debuffs. All I can say is, Powerful.
