What’s the rule you agree with the most?: I agree with the rule about always being In-Character the most because in other roleplaying servers, (Or other games in which one can roleplay for that matter) you may find it is a common problem that people can avoid a situation just by saying they are OOC, Such as someone being a wanted criminal and when confronted they can avoid being caught by saying "I'm out of character at the moment.."

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I heard people talking about it a long time ago on another roleplay server (I can't seem to remember the name) and recently decided to see how good it was and I was impressed

What is Roleplaying?: Roleplaying is the creation of a character and acting as that character, you do what they would do, speak as they would do and whatever else, it can be done in real life (LARP) or in a video game (Such as WoW, SWTOR, Or Minecraft.)

What is Metagaming?: Metagaming is using information that your character shouldn't have to gain an advantage, an example of this could be you are a wanted man and some guards are coming to capture you, But you hear about it in OOC chat, (Or a friend may tell you) and so you go out of your way to go somewhere your character would never go.

What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: Powergaming is where you make your character all-powerful, it is normally when you give someone no chance to react or make yourself essentially immortal, it could be *Knocks John out with the hilt of his sword* or someones character doing impossible feats, *Picks up the falling stone pillar*

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

Character’s name: Bradol Quickforge

Character’s sex: Male

Character’s race: Mountain Dwarf

Character’s age: 61

 

Biography: Bradol was born in 1565 and would of been six years of age when leaving Vailor, because of this he has no memories of the place. When he was young (Well younger than he is now at least!) he began working in the mines, digging and digging every day he hated working in the mines and wanted an excuse to do something greater but he dug on until the death of Algoda Frosbeard II, at this point in time he began to start blacksmithing as a hobby, trying to teach him self, eventually, he decided to set out and find a great smith who could teach him, but every smith he found he either argued with or refused to teach him, some of these arguments ended with brawls, almost all of which Bradol lost, but this did not dissuade him and he kept searching for a smith to teach him and continues to this day.

 

Personality Traits: He likes getting a lot of attention and is always wants to be the centre of attention, he has a habit of asking if he's annoyed people if he does the slightest thing, usually leading to more annoyance, he hates people ignoring him and gets very frustrated, he also hates the ocean, and boats, boats make him very sea sick..

Ambitions: Bradol wants to be a great smith and forge the best weapons and armour, he wants tales about heroes to feature things he has made, wars to be won with his blades and more

Strengths/Talents: Bradol would like to thing he is a pretty good smith, although he hasn't been taught much or got much experience, but he'd like to think he's a quick learner

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Bradol is a bad farmer, fisher and fighter, he is very greedy like other dwarves. In a fight situation, Bradol would probably loose against almost any opponent, He also gets sea sick very easily.

Appearance: Bradol stands at the height 4.6 feet, he has no scars on his face but is usually very dirty, mostly from coal dust, he has a dark and dirty black beard, and has a very dirt covered bald head, he has dark brown eyes and very thick black brows, he lacks any scars, but he has some bruises on his fingers, his fingernails have filth underneath them and are chipped, although from all of this he doesn't seem to smell that bad, apart from the occasional smell of burnt beard hair
