Countess of Estrella and Trier, Baroness of High Garden, Mayor of Veilport and Captain of Santegia.

 

It is I, Lady Ceona Vertilla and her ink, using her fine quill of Pheasant feather. I write this proclaiming that the successor of all of my titles will be one not expected by many, someone new and lavish to the world, though smart, keen and kind. Something I lack in many ways, though prefer to steer without. Her name is Lady (To be) Vanderlise Vertilla. She will take the majority of my wealth and jewels as well as all my land and titles.

She is a cousin of mine, daughter of the Prosperous businessperson Athev Vertilla, though he himself is now deceased.

However, there are still those in my house that deserve some jewels and wealth. To my cousin, Freda, I will be giving a golden bracelet.
