Narthok 10416 Share Posted December 16, 2017 Concerning Godlessness A man without a God is no man. For he holds himself above the powers on high. In my time as Keeper of the All Father’s Hearth I have been asked many questions concerning his holy purpose and his righteous laws. One of the most difficult to explain concerns the contrast between Apostasy, Heathen, and dreaded Atheist. “Keeper?” The young initiates inquire, “What is worse, an apostate, a heathen or an Atheist”. The short answer is rather simple. The Godless man is by far the worse of those accounted, a man who’s own hubris ascends the heights of the highest peaks and pierces the heavens. A man who’s ego holds itself supreme in this ream. These men are almost beyond the limits of salvation. Their souls have become so consumed with pride that they have rotted into self centered hollows. The only solution to a godless is the application of the All Father’s peace. Their souls must be freed from the rotten tomb in which they are imprisoned. In freeing them from their cage they are granted some small chance of salvation within the All Father’s embrace. The heinous nature of the godless can be attributed to their violation of every single one of the All Father’s tenets. The decayed state of the godless soul existing in direct defiance of the All Father’s prescription regarding the maintenance of the hearth, soul and mind. Hence, being beyond the range of self inflicted purification we must take their salvation into our own hands. Beyond the first tenet of the All Father we must delve into the relevance of the second tenet. In applying the second tenet to the souls of the godless we are confronted with a stark reality. As observed prior, the godless exist in defiance of the second tenet of the All Father. However this is not as simple as it seems at first glance. Despite existing in defiance to the All Father’s prescription to spread his holy flame, the responsibility for upholding such a task does not lie exclusively on their shoulders. Hence we are confronted with the duty of the faithful and the clergy when presented with such a conundrum. In being faced with the godless those of the faith must determine if the subject can be viably enlightened and brought into the All Father’s holy salvation. This determination is best made with the assistance of your local sacred authority. Should the subject be determined to be beyond the realm of reasonable salvation, then more radical methods must be applied. In these extreme circumstances the only option remaining to the faithful is an administration of the All Father’s peace. In closing we must examine the relevance of the third tenet in reference to the existence and treatment of the godless by the faithful. The All Father demands that his children stand against those agents of the end times. That period where there is no light, no growth, no change, no glory. It stands to reason that as the Lord of the Right those that oppose the All Father’s purpose must be agents seeking the conception of this end time. The Godless, denying the glorious salvation of he on high must hence be defined as true enemies of the faith under the precepts of the third tenet. Their corrupting influence must be purged from the ranks of society as one cleanses a cancer from a sickened man. With this in mind the answer to the question of the godless becomes clearer. They are an intolerable blight upon the Grand Purpose their existence cannot be tolerated and they must be liberated from their hedonistic prisons and provided with a chance for salvation. As such one can never equate the godless to the apostate or the heathen. While the apostate has committed a grave sin of turning their eyes from the All Father’s righteous light they do not commit the fallacious crime of holding themselves higher than the Lord. Nor can one equate a heathen with an apostate or the godless. Despite being misguided in their beliefs they serve the Grand Purpose to a degree, harkening order and stability while combating those who would bring about ruin. In summary the godless must be routed out, and should be considered the lowest of the low worthy only of the All Father’s mercy.
