[Bug] Global Auction House

Please answer the following questions to help us better track down the cause of a particular bug:

==Description==
 Whenever I go to the Global Auction House in Cloud Temple,

I click the NPC to open the menu.. but I only get the welcome message and nothing else pops up.

==Date of Occurrence==

==In-Game Specifications==
Specifically the ORC NPC that's for the Auction House, I've relogged and it doesn't fix.

==Steps to Reproduce==
1. Go to Cloud Temple
2. Go to the Global Auction House NPC (Orc)
3. Right click the NPC
4. Have nothing happen, and make a bug report.

==Expected Behavior==
Well, I should be able to come up into a menu of 5 categories, click one, and bid on items..

I was mostly checking to see if anyone had bought out my stack of iron ingots.

==Actual Behavior==

==Additional Information==
N/A

My stack of iron ingots was had a buyout of 150.

==Error Message==
I was not given an error message.

Okay it's just but my stack of iron is gone. Is there any chance for a refund of either the starting price of 110 minas or just the stack of iron or am I gonna get a 'Cookie of Comfort' and have to do it again? xD
