Forum Ranks And Setting Your Title

Forums moderators have been asked several times about when players can customize their player title, or how many posts to the next rank. It was decided that a posted guide would be a helpful edition to the forums. Below is a list of ranks and what you can do at x post count or x days spent on the forums, as well as a guide on how to change your member title.

A question I've gotten a few times as a FM is how to change your member title. The only requirement, to my knowledge, is a post count of 500. I'm including a step by step guide on how to do this. This one will be for people on a PC, I can include one for mobile devices if needed. 

 

Step 1: Click your name at the top left of your screen. 

Step 2: In the dropdown box that appears, click the link under 'SETTINGS' called 'Account Settings'

Step 3: Scroll past the 'Recent News' until you see the word 'Settings', below that and to the right of your screen should be something called 'Other Settings'. Click the middle option, 'Edit Profile'

Step 4. Type what you want your new title to be in the field for 'Member Title', then scroll down and hit the save option.

 

 

Groups:

 

New Member

• 0 Posts

• Can change display name after 7 approved posts

  • 1 time every 1 day

Member

• < 9 posts

• Member of the Day (Any)

• Can change display name after 7 approved posts

  • 1 time every 1 day

Old Hat

• < 548 days

• Can change display name (any # posts)

  • 3 times every 30 days

Old Fart

• < 913 days

• Can change display name after 7 approved posts

  • Can change 1 time every 1 day

 

Other:

• Change Member Title after 500 posts

  • Default Member titles are as follows:

    • Newly Spawned 0

    • Tree Puncher 50

    • Stone Miner 100

    • Coal Miner 150

    • Iron Miner 200

    • Gold Miner 250

    • Diamond Miner 300

    • Acquiring Minas 350

    • Shop Owner 400

    • Nobility 500

    • Famed Nobility 1000

    • Minor royalty 2000

    • Esteemed Royalty 3000

    • Famed Royalty 4000

    • God Amongst Mere Mortals 5000
