The New [!] Not working

**Description**
 

The new [!] plugin doesn't seem to work, as it seems, to my best guess, to clash with the ./looc plugin. For whenever I type [!] while holding an item, it either doesn't display it, or changes my channel to looc.

Carsandra Ivydale, in Fenn RP'ing with a couple of people. 

**Steps to Reproduce**

1. Step 1: Simply take any item with a description, put it in your main hand.

2. Step 2: Type [!], either by itself or in the middle of a sentence. 
3. Step 3
4. Step 4

**Expected Behavior**
 

It should display the items lore.

**Actual Behavior**
 

It either doesn't do anything or switches me back to looc channel.
