In select spots in Caras Eldar, a few sheets of papyrus paper with a few words would be pinned up on the noticeboards.

"Hmm." A high-elven woman noticed one of the posted fliers on one of her strolls.  She took a moment to memorize the name written on the parchment before continuing on with her day, planning to send a message to the man.
