Change was promised to people of Haelun’or, and now it has arrived. The time has come to purge the instability that taken root within the highest echelons of our government. With this I announce a call to our blessed citizenry to form a revitalized Elheial’thilln, as will be outlined below. Candidacies must be announced from the pure citizenry within two elven days. Following this election, the full reforms will be implemented immediately, including the dissolution of the position of Sohaer.

 

The Okariran Positions

 

Okarir’mali - Guardian of the Mali’aheral

 

Description

 

 

Guardian of knowledge, pinnacle of learnedness, and steward of elheial’thilln, the Okarir’mali serves to preserve the knowledge, progress, custom, and tradition of the Mali’aheral. Where the Maheral stands as the pinnacle of the Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya and symbol of the high elven ideal, it is the Okarir’mali who helps weave these into law and conduct.

 

 

Duties

 

 

1.) Eternal Guardianship. The Okarir’mali presides over the Eternal Library, assuring that the knowledge of generations past, present, and future are tended to - for it is the library which is the most revered of all places within Haelun’or.

2.) Eternal Instruction. The Okarir’mali ensures that lessons and knowledge are not simply recorded but rather passed from generation to generation as knowledge to advance our blessed kin.

3.) Eternal Supervision. The Okarir’mali presides also over the laboratories of Haelun’or, ensuring the continued progress of our people that they might remain the forerunners of learning and technology - both arcane and mundane.

4.) Procedure. The Okarir’mali will ensure order and etiquette is maintained during Council meetings. They will monitor the flow of discussion, guiding the meeting so that every Okarir who wishes to speak may do so.

5.) The Path of Purity. The Okarir’mali claims precedence over the Path of Purity, shepherding those who eschew their cursed ways to once again embrace the philosophies of Larihei.

 

 

Okarir’tir - Guardian of Law

 

Description

 

 

Enforcer of Haelun’or Law and protector of the Silver City. It is the Okarir’tir who acts as the embodiment of Silver Law and manages the Sillumiran. In addition to this, the Okarir’tir constantly works to prepare the city for the eventuality of any form of assault, internal or external, to ensure Haelun’or’s continued order and security.

 

 

Duties

 

 

1.) Preservation. Above all else, it is the duty of the Okarir’tir to preserve and uphold the Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya and Haelun’or Silver Law.

2.) Preparedness. The Okarir’tir serves the military, assuring that the Sillumiran are both of adequate number and prepared to bleed for the city and suffer for the vision of Larihei.

3.) Duty. The Okarir’tir serves Haelun’or first and foremost. He or she shall be willing to put down his or her life like any soldier of Haelun’or to protect it from outside threat. The Okarir’tir is expected to fight in all wars and recruit others to fight alongside themselves.

4.) Order. The Okarir’tir, beyond all other duties, is also tasked with the upholding of order, assuring that our city maintains structure and does not descend into the behavior of beasts and animals.

 

 

Okarir’leyun - Guardian of Beauty

 

Description

 

 

Protector of commerce and keeper of all that is material, it is the duty of the Okarir’leyun to ensure that elcihi’thilln is well supplied for any eventuality. He or she ensures that no mali’thill is without work so that all contribute to the prosperity of Haelun’or

 

 

Duties

 

 

1.) Acquisition. It is the duty of the Okarir’leyun to tend to the material needs of the city, assuring the mali’aheral are well supplied and that the city is well equipped for whatever it may require to do.

2.)Economy. The Okarir’leyun serves to tend the funds of Haelun’or, assuring that trade and other economic functions are balanced - so that when such funds are needed they are plentiful.

3.)Supplication. The Okarir’leyun serves to aid each of the other Okariran, assuring that they are well equipped for the carrying-out of their tasks.

4.)Stewardship. The Okarir’leyun presides over the maintenance of the city and its environs. Without their service the city is lost, for with its decay into brutality so too might the minds of our Silver kind.

5.)Employment. It will be the task of the Okarir’leyun to ensure that every citizen will be able to work, for without contribution our society collapses into chaos and decay.

 

 

Okarir’tayna - Guardian of Life

 

Description

 

 

It is the Okarir’tayna that ensures the preservation of culture and art within Haelun’or. The most direct servant to the citizenry, the Okarir’tayna announces the will of elheial’thilln, as well as organizes festivals and other events for the mali’aheral to partake in.

 

 

Duties

 

 

1.) Workload. It is expected of the Okarir’tayna to help the Okariran with tasks in order to ease the pressure that comes with such positions.

2.) Announcement. The Okarir’tayna is tasked with informing the citizenry of any notable additions, alteration, or revokement of the Silver Law, ensuring general ignorance of such modification is kept at a minimum.

3.) Housing. While it is the duty of the entire Council to ensure mali’thill are properly housed, the Okarir’tayna shall be the first to ensure homes are provided.

4.) Event Planning. The Okarir’tayna shall exist to organize events and other festivals for the mali’thill to partake in and to ensure such events are both successful and orderly.
