To the Bishops, Priests, Abbots, Abbesses, Deacons, and Monastics of the Most Holy Canonist Church:

His Holiness, High Pontiff Jude I hereby declares the convocation of an ecumenical council comprising of the entire clergy of the Holy Church to codify and address the following topics:
 

  • A Catechism of the Holy Canonist Church comprising of the doctrines and procedures of the Church. 
  • An Apostolic Decree on the workings of the High Mass of Saint Clement.
  • An Apostolic Decree on the reformed structure of the Church.
