[REAL VOIDAL AMENDMENT] Brisk Step doesn't have to be THAT bad...

Today I come to you all to propose a reversion of one part of Brisk Step. While I am aware voidal magic is rather powerful, it is not nearly as broken as it once was - and I believe that this Brisk Step change that was implemented a year or two ago is overkill. Voidal mages should, in the modern lotc space of magics, be a little stronger.

Alter redline from

- Brisk Step requires a cooldown period of 2 emote between subsequent uses, or a period of 1 emote before using another spell. This means that the immediate emote following the use of the spell cannot be used to prepare any casting, however the mage is still considered connected to the void. The 2nd following emote may be used for other casting, however cannot be used to prepare for another Brisk Step cast. One may not attack, cast again, or take a major action in the same emote as their Brisk Step teleportation - it is an escape spell, not an offensive one.

To

- Brisk step has a [2] emote cooldown, meaning that for 2 emotes after it is cast, it may not be cast again.  One may not attack, cast again, or take a major action in the same emote as their Brisk Step teleportation - it is an escape spell, not an offensive one.

The current writing is an utter word salad anyway that needed to be changed.

Given every martial character can just block and attack on the same turn now this might be necessary >.>
