Within Markev would be a plated Officer of Royal setting, speaking to an array of bustling folk in the city’s square. As he would continue to speak passionately to his people, other guards and soldiers in uniform would be parading about, stragglers from the military display pinning posters for enlistment. If listened to intently, he’d continue to preach on.

“With the Empire of Man structured to bring all of humanity together to prosper, now is the time for our own brothers and sisters to gather together, to raise the colours of Haenseti-Ruska in uniform so that we may aid the Empire and its borders to the fullest extent. The Brotherhood of St. Karl is beginning a parade of recruitment to all Highlanders and citizens of it’s Kingdom found fit - Those who could bring honour and glory to the very founding it started from. Reform and endurance testing training is coming to the ranks, may all our comrades grow together to be an even stronger pinnacle of Haense’s people. So if you or someone you know may be up for the lifestyle of a soldier, I recommend you give your life purpose and don the symbolism of Haense’s heroes. Ave’ Haense. Ave’ the Empire.”

 

The posters would be sprawled over the borders of Haense, calling all interested to the Kingdom’s capital. To it’s noted detail all would be directed to Stefan Ludovar (Blago) and Rhys var Ruthern (Ave_Imperium) if interested in enrollment. With reforms and more drilling coming to the front, more recruits and initiates are wanted to further the involvement of the forces.
