Archbishop 1784 Share Posted January 25, 2019 13th of Owyn’s Flame, 1700 A Thesis on Tranquility Acolyte Zachery “So I find that thou art strict in thy arms but lax in thy prayers, but to pray is the armor of men. For the hand of GOD is the greatest weapon to bear, and His Word the paramount strategy. There can be no laxity in faith for any reason, not war nor peace, not wealth nor poverty. So the Lord lasteth through all adversities, for He is their remedy, and without Him, they are uncured.” Owyn 10:4 Brothers and sisters, I base my thesis on the subject of tranquillity. An odd subject that is rarely ever touched upon for most deem that crusades are the only way to gain divine attention or entrance into the seven skies, this is simply a lie. Our faith is not simply all about spending your life killing the non-believers or going to war for pride and glory. Many of the so called faithful's lives are so busy that they often skip morning prayers, do not bother to attend mass before they feel they know everything already or even simply forget about GOD entirely for they have lots jobs to do. This is not a good way to live your life, leaving no time for GOD or charity. As written in the scrolls, there is absolutely no excuse for being lax in your prayers or doing selfless duties as a canonist. Prayer is truly a man’s finest armour, for what has a man to lose if they are devoted to GOD and destined for the seven skies; it is what empowers you. No matter if you are at war, poor, recovering from disaster or even in peacetime, you must always spare time for prayer and GOD. Perhaps you could take a saints hour every day to work the fields and distribute food or you could visit your local priest for prayers. It is not something that can be brushed under the carpet because you think nobody is watching, you may be a busy man and think that excuses you from GOD, but it does not. There are many ways in which you can incorporate GOD into your busy lives, for example you could: say a prayer when you wake up in the morning, conduct a public prayer before parliament or battle. There must always be a time in your day when you can become calm and tranquil in order to fully focus on your prayer and GOD.GOD is always watching and you must always spare time for him.
