Minor change to appeals

Hi! I’ll make this very brief since I couldn’t squeeze it into the moderation staff update log last night, but as of now forum warning point appeals have been merged with ban appeals which is just called “Appeals” now. The purpose of this change will be to streamline appeals to one section so players don’t get confused and try to appeal a forum warning point with a forum ban format. That is all---carry on with your weekend!
