Weird persona glitch?

Basically somehow his persona deleted ( This may be the cause of the issue ). When he tried to make a persona it stopped working and he couldnt do anything as it went yellow in chat. Commands and Text didnt work so he ended up calling me via discord. Hes only able to speak when the persona creator times out , Due to all of this hes unable to rp properly as it says his gamer tag( StrangeJules .).
