To the Citizens of the Federation of Sutica

 

It is time to talk about many things of window wax, and candle strings, but most importantly it is time to talk about what the Government of the Federation of Sutica is doing.

 

First of all, we have a series of promotions. Due to many successes and a long history of hard work for the nation, Mika Uialben is replacing James K. Nevermore as Minister of Finance. Our hope is that under his guidance, our already prospering shops might see an era of true expansion and a rapid increase in wealth.

 

James K. Nevermore will be taking on the role of Minister Of Seals And Stationary, to replace the now retired former Trade Prince Alem’shun Vanguard and continue to serve the nation as his family has for hundreds of years. Hereby, James K. Nevermore will be taking on the duties of writing and updating any documents relating to the Sutican Government, as well as serving as the go-to for witnessing any contracts formed in Sutica.

 

In addition to this, Mayan Avern shall be heading a new ministry. The Ministry of Public Health And Welfare. This new Ministry shall be dedicated to ensuring both the health of Sutican Citizens and the general environmental safety of all who reside in Sutica. This includes running the now independent Medical Core. Hereby, Mayan Avern will be known as The Holistic, a Major title granted for her continued and unending service to the healing of all peoples of all nations.

Finally, I have two major titles I wish to bestow.
From this point forward, Honour Rackham shall have the major title The Architect.

Valus Rackham is hereby known by the major title The Artisan.

These titles are granted for their hard work in the creation of the Sutican Docks, and continued service in the construction of Sutica.

Next, we discuss ongoing developments in the Land of Sutica.

 

With the hard work of Honour and Valus, the Sutican Docks are nearing completion. There is much work to be done, but most major construction is completed. As soon as the Registry has these new homes added to it, they will be open to occupation for the general public. This should be done within the elven day. I suggest you all and go take a look at the area. All suggestions for improvements are welcome!
Also, we have space for more boats and docks to be constructed. If people so desire, simply send a letter to myself or Honour and we will authorize and oversee the development of additional mooring docks.

 

Oropo has also been relocated and finished! It now sits directly to the right when heading out the dock gates. We continue to welcome the Adherents of Dresdrasil as a splendid member of our Sutican Family!
 

Last but not least, Sutica has purchased a Conduit. This magical device will allow our people to breathe underwater, and enable the eyes of descendants to adapt to the aquatic conditions around where it is placed, with a range of nearly one hundred units!

Under the watchful eye of this modern magical marvel, we will be looking to create a fully underwater district!
