TO COMPLETE THE SILVER COUNCIL

The Sohaer’s address to the Blessed Citizenry of the Silver State of Haelun’or

Issued on the 8^th of the Amber Cold, 1724

 

 

From ashes to abundance; The Silver State of Haelun’or rose again. Fi’halen came to be our Motherland, and in the wake of Okarn’thilln, of corruption, of ineptitude, of impurity, we unexpectedly found our sanctuary anew. The struggle gave us definition, distinction and excellence. We were reminded of how the flame of the ‘thill can burn eternally. When I removed the stagnant Sohaership and Silver Council, I promised the Blessed Citizenry of Fi’halen my unwavering loyalty. True to my word, I have led us onwards, through demanding mountain passes, breakneck sieges and dangerous challenges. The withering republic was replaced with permanent confidence in a Sohaer and Maheral; which was improved and only came to be properly effective after the Ascendance of the Maheral and the Establishment of the Diarchy. The declarations to follow come with no heavy heart. The Mali’ata will be rooted out and our chains will be broken.

 

 

Rosilya Lae’rinsyr is relieved of her position as Okarir’akaln, and denounced for her infidelity and impurity. Forever shall the name be tainted and marked in gold. The short service of the former Okarir’akaln shall be remembered as a discouraging example for the ‘akaln to come. The Lae’rinsyr children will be taken care of by the Silver State, and guardians will be appointed and approved by Okarir’tayna Caestella Valarieth.

 

Delos Telperion is relieved of his position as Okarir’san. He served the Silver Enclave of Fi’halen under me as Maheral for many years. Valiant work as Okarir’thill, Okarir’tir and Okarir’san in the later Silver State of Haelun’or granted him a legacy for all Mali’thill to remember. We swept away the last remnants of the stagnant Sohaerate together, and I will continue to do so, as you had always intended. Praise the Telperion.

 

Nelgauth Maehr’theral has departed from his position as Okarir’mali and the Silver Council after a short yet productive tenure. The Maehr’tehral have grown to be a respected Talonnii in Haelun’or once more, and much of the prosperity we now enjoy can be attributed to his work. Praise the Maehr’tehral.

 

Ikur Sullas has stepped down from Okarir’tir, to make way for a new generation. Alaion Miravaris, the currently longest serving Sillumir of Haelun’or, is to ascend into the position. Through Ikur Sullas’ great service, the Sillumiran has seen life as never before. The impures fear the Silver Host, and the pure rejoice in the safety it provides. Praise the Sullas. Praise the Miravaris.

True to tradition, you are asked to do so through letter or a speech addressed to the Silver Council or public as a whole, outlining the changes in the State you wish to see, and to act as a reaffirmation of your loyalty to the State. The Blessed Diarchy will appoint Mali’thill to the vacant seats in the end of the next year.
