Morsgradic Citizenry Census

Issued Year of 1737 by Eleanor

The inhabitants of Morsgrad are handed missives sealed with the red wax of the Ducal Throne by the Stewards of the City of Montburgh.

Upon opening the missive, they’d note two separate sheets: A letter, and a simple form.

Dearest Citizenry,

With the restructuring of the Estates, upcoming expansion and housing reforms, the Ducal Throne has deemed it necessary to issue an Official Citizenry Census. It is important that all citizens of the Duchy of Morsgrad fill out the form and return it to the Ducal Tax Collection Office as QUICKLY and as ACCURATELY as possible, so that they are recognized for State benefits and opportunities, and registered to vote for their Representatives, work under the Throne, and to be housed within the City of Montburg.

Sincerely,

The Duchess of Morsgrad, Eleanor
