It be no greater honor for me, to serve the under-realm of Urguan and help my kin prosper by each day, for I shall reward each one of them with the following act!

Cooperating with the Legion of Urguan and Yemekar’s Workforce, blessed be the pockets of Garrond Frostbeard and Torvar Starbreaker, we’ve settled to great terms for the improvement of our government.

 

Beginning with the Legion of Urguan!

 

Great perks shall be implemented to those who are actively serving the kingdom by enlisting themselves in the Legion of Urguan, their work and self-sacrifice shall not be unpaid and it is my duty to make sure, that our brave legionnaires will have the best living conditions among the regular citizens!

Housing perks of a legionnaire shall be different from each rank he holds in the Legion of Urguan, but the perks shall not be so different.

Starting off, every legionnaire that wants to live in the section B of Urguan, will pay no rent and those who wish to live in the section A of Urguan will have a discount at the purchase of their house, from 300 minas to 200 minas and the rent lowered from 200 minas to 150 minas weekly. 

Those who hold the Longbeard rank within the Legion, however, shall have a greater discount at their houses. Instead of the normal payment for a Class A house, they will pay 150 minas and their rent will be lowered to only 100 minas weekly!

 

Moving to Yemekar’s Workforce!

 

Blessed be the hard workers of Urguan, who risk their lives in the deep mines of our holy mountain, mining our great minerals and helping the dwarven community!

With this act, working alongside Torvar Starbreaker, we’ve come to terms that every active legionnaire shall be allowed free permission to the mines of Urguan as long as their quota is fulfilled and half of their personal minerals are paid back to the Workforce!

Yemekar’s smile falls upon us, for a greater era of dwarves is to come with the new changes in our strong government!

As I previously said, it is a great honor for me to be in this position and I am grateful that I’m given the option to serve the proud under-realm of Urguan and its people!

As a sign of my appreciation for the descendants of Urguan I shall implement a weekly food ration to every citizen of Kal’Evraal. Working with Officer Grudgebeard, we shall now give every week to the mailbox of each citizen food supplement to fill their bellies!

 Now, the food ration will be somehow different from the citizens and legionnaires, but before I do that, I must announce that even tho food ration won’t make its way into Hefrumm, the tax the forest folks have to pay shall be lowered from three stacks of haybales to only two stacks of haybales every week.

With that being said, I shall present to you the food ration system that we will be using from now on.

Each citizen shall get a fair portion of food, on each week to its mailbox, which would consist of a few stacks of cooked potatoes alongside it, cooked chicken shall be presented.

To those who serve in the Legion of Urguan, alongside those potatoes, there shall be cooked steak, for the bellies of our warriors should always be fill of proteins!
