ReveredOwl 5639 Share Posted February 18, 2020 As issued by Boniface of Belvitz9th of Sigismund’s End, 1755 SUBPOENA Boniface of Belvitz The Holy Canonist Church DESIRES TO SUMMON THE FOLLOWING PARTY TO COURT; Joseph Clement Secretary of the Interior ON THE BASIS OF THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLE(S), DOCTRINE(S), EDICT(S) OR ARTICLES OF LAW: Unlawful exilement CODEX OF ECCLESIASTICAL LAW OF THE HOLY CHURCH OF THE CANON BOOK IV. SANCTIONS IN THE CHURCH §8 Those guilty of preventing one from attending Church are also guilty of the crime of Sacrilege and are to face a just penalty as decided by an ecclesiastical court. The reasons that Joseph Clement uses to back up my exilement are crimes that I have never been brought to court for or convicted off and are therefore innocent of committing. This means that the exilement that he has placed upon me is unlawful, I am an innocent man who has not been convicted of the alleged crimes he says that I am guilty of. In addition to this, Joseph’s banishment of myself forbids me from entering Kaedrin under threat of being executed for treason, Kaedrin is my diocese and I am their priest. Joseph plucks away the Kaedrini’s bishop just as they are about to begin reconstruction, leaving them without a clergyman or bishop to administer to them, furthermore he prevents me from attending church in any of the aforementioned land that I am banned from entering. ON THE DESIRED DATE OF: In exactly four saints days [[Preferably Saturday 18th]] YOURS HUMBLY, Boniface of Belvitz Basilica of the Fifty Virgins [[OldTortoise#0939]] @Hunwald
