AYE Baruch Farlander May Rutledge ABSENT Callahan De Antunyes Vacancy Vacancy INTRODUCTION A grievous oversight in the publishing of The Comprehensive Laws of the Holy Orenian Empire was the omital of the exact definition of what constitutes personhood. This act intends to rectify personhood in a manner that protects GOD’s children, those righteously born of the honest Descendent sons of yore. SECTION I: To define persons: 1. A pure-blooded member of one of the four primary Descendent races (human, elf, dwarf, orc*) is a person. 2. A mixed-blooded individual whose blood is a combination of human, elf, or dwarf descent is a person. 3. All who do not fall into the two above categories are not persons under the eyes of the law, and do not receive the legal protections or provisions offered to persons. Anomalous orc provisionOlogs and other oversized orc-like entities of mental deficiency do not fall into this category. Introduced by Sir Terrence May GCM on 11 G.T. 1754 Issued and proclaimed, HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY, Peter III Anthony, Holy Orenian Emperor, King of Curon, Renatus, Salvus, and Seventis, King-Elect of Kaedrin, Prince of Malinor, Protector of the Heartlanders, Highlanders, and Farfolk, etcetera.
