DESIRES TO SUMMON THE FOLLOWING PARTY BEFORE THE WESTERN CIRCUIT;

ON THE BASIS OF THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLE(S), DOCTRINE(S), EDICT(S) OR ARTICLES OF LAW:

 

203.021 - Where an individual unlawfully enters a property with intent to commit a nonviolent crime, this shall be burglary in the second degree. (Class P)

 

203.052 - Where an individual intentionally or negligently damages or defaces the property of another through fire, and this damage is of great amounts, this shall be arson in the first degree. (Class P)

 

     The accused individual entered the property “12 Basrid Boulevard” without the permission of its owner and proceeded to set it all on fire, creating a great amount of fire that harmed most of its furniture, ceiling and floor. Then, members of the Imperial State Army and clergymen started smelling smoke in the Basilica of Helena that was coming from the said property, so Private Elene Woodward went around and found out that said property, that was in fact her own home, was in flames. Then, Private Elene Woodward ran back to the square and called for more soldiers to aid her, and later they all went to said property where they collectivilly put out the fire using water buckets. After all the fire was extinguished Private Elene Woodward and the Inspector-General started an investigation from the crime scene: the trail led to a broken window which its only access was Mrs. Sokolov’s house. In consequence, Mrs. Sokolov was arrested by the authorities as the suspicious author of the aforementioned crimes.
