Orchestrated by HSH, Luciana I Maria Napoliza, Princess of Vitenna,Duchess of Fonsi and Baroness of Vileux and his Majesty, Johnathus I Ruk. High Prince of Vira'ker

A non aggresion pact between the Principality of Vitenna and Vira’ker sealed with a marriage between her ladyship, Johanna Maria Napoliza of Vitenna and

his royal highness, Johnathus I, High prince of Vira’ker

The pact sets the way for a bright future between the coastal settlements.

1.  Both parties shall agree to adhere to a strict non aggresion pact, under all circumstances. This pact shall remain for ten years, and may be extended afterwards.  

2.  Both parties agree to respect eachothers borders. That of the Principality of Vitenna stretching from the lost city of Thyra to the west seaside, and that of Vira’ker strecthing from waters of the bay behind Vitenna and ahead in the Ruins of Llyria.

3.  both parties commit to a mutual agreement of extradition for any individuals from their respective territories deemed to have commited a legal transgression in the other signatory state.

4.  Both parties shall agree to free movement and trade within their borders.

1.  His Majesty the High Prince agrees that Lady Napoliza shall carry the name Napoliza-Rük henceforth

2.  Her Ladyship Johanna of Napoliza shall receive a room within the palatial grounds of Vira’ker.

3.  Her Ladyship Johanna Napoliza gives up her place in the line to the princely throne, and shall focus her attention to better Vira’ker and her future Husband.

4.  Her Ladyship Johanna Napoliza shall, upon her union, be entitled to the stylage of Her Majesty, the High Princess consort of Vira’ker

5.  The first-born heir of this union will bear the last name Rük only, and cede the title Napoliza.
