THE OWYNSBURG CONSERVATORY

Kaedrin; long-standing homeland of the great duality of military minds and bureaucratic geniuses. From its recent catastrophe in the wake of Richard de Reden’s resignation, the Kaedreni people have revived both as a people and as individuals. Now, Kaedreni noblesse dance the hallowed halls of Varoche; now, the great Kaedreni schools of thought revive and convene in Owynsburg. In the interest of protecting its cultural advancements for future generations, the Lieutenant General does at the pleasure of His Majesty the King and utilizing his great Seal, command the founding of the Owynsburg Conservatory - the premiere repository of new philosophical thought and modern works in Kaedrin, and also the hub outside of the palace for its court life and talents. Addressed at Queen Annabelle’s Playhouse, the Conservatory’s documents are instead held in the Palace’s basements, protected from strife and arbitrary thought. Those given recognition by the Conservatory will be granted Baccalaureates Rhoswenii, proof of their abilities in either unique talents, called a Bachelor of the Arts, or for their contributions to the social sciences or thought, a Bachelor of the Sciences.

 

All court rosters and documents otherwise will be released to the public through the Conservatory as the publishers of the Palatial Household. In this way, a glimpse into Kaedreni court life will be made visible to the commonfolk of Owynsburg and abroad, allowing the Kaedreni courtier systems to be displayed for the greater continent in hopes that those outside of Our Commonwealth may improve their own systems through facsimiles of Our inner world.

 

The Owynsburg Conservatory is to be directed as an assembly by the Court Major of the Palatial Household, that a greater communal control may be prompted in Kaedrin’s nobility.

Queen Annabelle’s Playhouse at a convention of the College of Arms

 

Furthermore, the Owynsburg Conservatory does confirm the establishment of the College of Arms at Kaedrin under the founding Royal Sergeant of Arms, Robert de Hartcold. With its creation, the Palatial Household does confirm;

 

That the Royal Sergeant of Arms shall have all powers over the creation of coats of arms, heraldries, blazons, and sigils otherwise in Our Commonwealth.

 

That the Royal Sergeant of Arms shall have the ability to recruit Heralds of Arms at will for the further improvement of Our Commonwealth’s heraldry over all.

 

That the Royal Sergeant of Arms is charged with protecting the prestige of Kaedrin’s heraldic rolls, and that he is to bring suit to those that illegally use heraldry in Kaedrin, or those that break tincture or rules otherwise that the Royal Sergeant of Arms is similarly charged with creating and fomenting.

 

That the College of Arms at Kaedrin is to be beheld as under the umbrella of the Owynsburg Conservatory, and therefore subject to the authority of the greater Palatial Household in the publication of rolls of arms.
