INTRODUCTION This bill is to protect the personhood of those who were once descendants, but then willingly or unwillingly became something else, while still acknowledging that necrotic creatures are inherently evil and therefore should not retain personhood. SECTION I: Adding CH 306.065 to the ORC 306.065 - An individual who was previously a pure-blooded or mixed-blooded person that is no longer a descendant, but who is not necrotic in nature, will retain their personhood.
