INTRODUCTION

In regards to recent events regarding the Crown vs Alimar court case, a discussion was sparked regarding the rights and integrity of the intelligent non-person. The Paddington Act of 1756 is quite ambiguous in regards to the validity of these testimonies. The Intelligent Non-Person Testimony Act aims to clear up said ambiguity.

SECTION I:

Definitions

  1. The Paddington Act of 1756 defines intelligent non-persons as Hou-Zi, Kharajyr, or Wonks.
  2. 301.077 - The Goblin Act (1761): Goblins shall be considered Intelligent Non-Persons under law.

SECTION II:

  1. Intelligent Non-Persons shall be allowed to testify in a legal court, providing they have their legal sponsor present at the time of the  trial

Introduced by Member of the Commons Angelika Bykov on the 10th of Horen’s Calling, 1782

Issued and proclaimed,

Peter III, by the grace of GOD Holy Orenian Emperor, forever August, King of Renatus, Curon, Salvus, and Seventis, King of Kaedrin, Prince of Malinor, Grand Duke of Ves, Duke of Lorraine and Roden, Baron of Sedan, Vitzburg and Sedai, Protector of the Heartlanders, Highlanders, and Farfolk, etcetera
