osumanduas 1442 Share Posted September 8, 2020 ROYAL ELECTIONS OF 1784 In accordance with Article III of the INSTRUMENT OF GOVERNMENT 1730, with the death of the Monarch the powers of state are vested back unto the noble Electors of the Diet and thus back into the peerage of the Kingdom. It is thereby then the function and duty of the Upper House to deliberate upon candidacy for the throne. Deliberation will be unrelenting, session will not end until upon which the House reaches its resolution. ALL PEERS OF THE HOUSE OF ELECTORS ARE THUS FORMALLY CALLED TO VAROCHE: HG, The Duke of Cathalon HE, The Prince-Archbishop of Albarosa The Right Hon. Count of Rochefort The Right Hon. Count of Halstaig The Right Hon. Viscount of Rillsworth The Right Hon. Viscount of Pruvia-Albarosa If attendance cannot be met it is the right of the Electorate to appoint a deputy in their stead to speak on their behalf.
