My duty as High Chief has stopped me from taking this issue without slacking on my duties. But now I have time to address this issue. A few stone weeks ago Aghuid Cottonwood assaulted me after I refused to stop having the conversation I was having with a Frostbeard. Aghuid Cottonwood smacked his high chief in public to make me be quiet. Then when I told him to not do that again, he walked up to my face and asked me what I was going to do about it. At this sign of insubordination I used my beard to whip him in the face. After this he tackled me and a fight started. It ended with him using his golem leg to snap my legoff. For these events I met with Aghuid and offered him my forgiveness if he kissed the crown of Hefrumm and swore to serve Hefrumm and never harm the High Chief. This oath sworn on the holy crown of paragon Bjor was broken when Aghuid in the Council of Urguan undermined the High Chief through insults and mockery. These events are unacceptable, and justice needs to be served. However, I am aware Aghuid is half Ireheart, and I am the High Chief, making a trial in Hefrumm possibly bias. For this reason I want this to go to the High Courts. The government of Hefrumm accuses Aghuid Cottonwood of; Insubordination, assault, disrespecting a relic, and attempt to murder, and ask for the High Courts to hold a trial, so that justice can be achieved.
