The Plaintiff, EVAN BECKETT,

    Represented by WILLAIM T. AUBERT of AUBERT LEGAL CO.,

   

    AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING PARTY;

                AIMEE DE FRAND

ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

 

Section I - Miss Aimee de Frand, henceforth referred to as the Defendant [alternatively Miss de Frand] shall provide the Plaintiff, Mr. Evan Beckett, henceforth referred to as the Plaintiff [alternatively Mr. Beckett], with a monetary remittance, immediately after signation of this document, of five hundred fifty mark. 

 

Section II - Both parties shall agree to never mention each other's names after execution of this document. 

 

Section III - Upon successful deliverance of the monetary remittance of the Defendant, the summons [Beckett v. de Frand] shall be withdrawn from the Courts and further legal action halted.
