-Do you have a good grip on the English language/ good grammar?: Yes, but unfortunately I do make mistakes once in a while.

-Small 2-3 sentence description of yourself: I am a student in high school and I am involved in several extra curricular activities. After getting home and finishing my homework I enjoy spending my free time either reading or playing video games, such as minecraft. In addition to that I am an avid biker and an enthusiast of the series of novels “A Song of Ice and Fire”.

-How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I could be on the server from anywhere between 10 and 20 hours a week.

-How long have you played minecraft?: I have been playing minecraft for roughly six months.

-What do you know about roleplaying?: I know that in roleplaying you step into a characters shoes, and live and act as that character. You make decisions and act on the characters feeling and point of view, rather than your own.

-What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect an incredible experience, and a environment of adventure that is what the players make of it.

-What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have played on my personal server with friends as well as ‘The Shaftlands’. I left these servers because I felt I that I was getting nothing more than an extension of singleplayer.

-Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes.

In-Character:

-Character Name: Bael

-What is your Race?: Elf

-Biography: Bael was born and raised in the treetops of the forset city of Laurelin by his widower father. His mother died soon after he was born, and his father was left to raise him on his own. At a young age his father told Bael that he had the blood of Malin, the father of the Elves of Aegis, and that he was destined to do great things. Bael grew up with a bow in hand and a sword on his back, with his father by his side the entire time. One fateful night when Bael and his father were traveling through the wilderness a stranger in a cloak asked to share their fire. With the best of intentions, Bael’s father stood up to greet the man with open arms. From his point of view, all Bael saw was a knife come out of his father’s back, followed by a terrible dark red stain. Turning towards Bael, the cloaked stranger said in a low gravely snarl, “For the great Iblees, your pitiful life shall end as well.” After slaying his father’s murderer, Bael found that the cursed knife had cut him, leaving a terrible black scar across the bottom half of his face. After giving his father the funeral he deserved, Bael donned on the black armor that had belonged to his father, as well as a mask to cover his tainted scar. From that day forth, Bael vowed to venture across the lands of Aegis to protect the people and to fight against the terrible evil that is the power of Iblees and his minions. However, the taint forever changed him, and a small dark force exists inside of Bael. With sheer will, he is able to suppress it, but once in a while his thoughts are clouded by the taint.

-Character Appearance: Bael has the distinctive blonde hair, blue eyes, and pointed ears of an elf. He wears soot colored armor, with his sword in a blue sheath slung across his back. His clothes were once his fathers, and he wears them in order to remember the great man his father was.

-Character Personality: Bold and determined. Does not let anything get in the way of him and his goal. Rarely puts trust in people, especially strangers.

-Your ambitions: I desire to protect the people of Aegis from the dark Iblees. I fight against these dark forces in order to avenge my father. I also wish to be rid of my terrible taint once and for all.

-Can your character read or write?: Yes, I am able to read and write with ease.

-Can your character mine?: No, growing up in a Laurelin I never had to mine for resources, and therefore I never learned.

-Are you a capable builder?: I can build small and modest homes in order to shelter myself when need be.

-Enjoy farming?: No, I have never quite had the patience for farming.

-Does your character have any special skills?: I consider myself swift and deadly with sword and bow. I train with each every day.
