I, Jimmy Leblanc, Master Sargent and Quartermaster of the ISA. Want to personally thank mister James Fisher a simple lawyer for our common folk, for donating 3,000 unit of steak for our troops in the coming war.

 

 I also want to note this man also donated the highest amount of Mina for government to give to the ISA set up by our pristine governess.
