Grand Opening!

 

You are cordially invited to the grand opening of the Kitran’s Rest Tavern, situated near the Duchy of Cathalon and the County of Susa in the Lower Petra region of the Empire. It is our honor to announce the opening of this tavern, bringing Rhenyari culture to the region as well as the entire Empire. It has long been a dream of the House of Basrid to construct a settlement for Rhenyari to flock to and to attract people from all across Almaris. The upper floors host two rooms that may be rented out to any patrons who wish to spend the night. Whether you come for a drink, come to smoke from the hookahs, or come to enjoy one of the fabled stories of Rhen, the Kitran’s Rest Tavern has it all. 

 

 

 

Taking inspiration from the fabled architecture of the Rhenyari, this tavern provides an open air experience. In the middle of the tavern lies a courtyard reminiscent of those in Ba’as filled with vines and greenery. This tavern invites all who seek to come experience the mysticism and beauty in Rhenyari culture, and to join us in a drink and have a good time. Those seeking employment are encouraged to seek out Isa Basrid (Dyl#5096) or Eirene Basrid (Minty#8400), or to fill out an application.

 

For all patrons and supporters, the tavern will be opening on the 4th of Horen’s Calling, 1848. We do hope that you all join us for this evening of fun and festivities.

Arsan’s Apo:

 

A favorite of the Rudrani, Arsan’s Apo began as a drink only consumed during religious holidays. Now it has become a staple of taverns across Ba’as and is believed to have many health benefits.

 

Simon’s Sulai:

 

A strong and sweet spirit made by fermenting molasses. It is known to have a very pungent smell. Sulai is common among the poorer castes and often made in homes.

 

Kitran Kitron:

 

Made from the leaves of the citron trees native to Ba’as, this drink has little sugar and is very strong, Best served in small glasses!

 

Akritian Wine:

 

Imported directly from Ba’as, this wine is a favorite among the mainland for its flavor and longevity. It is a prize among many noble houses within the empire. 

 

Carrion Black:

 

Raevir in origin, this drink was brought to the Rhenyari by the immigration of Blessed Fyodor Carrion to Ba’as. It has now become a favorite of the Rhenyari. 

 

Black Tiger Tea:

 

The national drink of Ba’as and House Basrid, this deeply bitter tea is known to cause many who are unprepared for its taste to spit it up. Drink at your own caution!

 

Seven Colour Tea:

 

Made by combining the tea from seven different leaves, this drink combines seven different tastes that give an unique experience unlike any other tea.
