“Fear confined, to the depths of my mind — for what could be such a threat to me, the conqueror of time?❞

 

Formed in the wake of the Infernal Invasion, the Eight Precepts is a council of Eight Descendants who stands strong in the face of whatever dark forces move against the lands. Iconized by their embodiment of the emotions of that infernal war, these warriors, mages, and alchemists have bound together in a tight-knit bond rivaling that of family ties as brothers and sisters at arms. 

 

The ideals of the Eight Precepts hold them to balance and order; rather than fighting for the light or dark, they walk a path of grey that guides their actions. These ideals are listed below, and are upheld by the Eight themselves. While there are many members in the organization that are not the Eight themselves, the purpose of these handful are to ensure the harmony of the guild and set the directives as needed.

 

The Eight Precepts currently reside at The Waystone Corporation’s Wayside Tavern, serving as their base of operations on the second floor. Within these times of global safety, they have taken up the pastime of beast hunting, conquering beasts such as the famous Cracadonk or even Prairie Dulks, keeping their fighting edge honed should any dark forces march upon the land of Almaris.
