With the resounding success of the first Arichsdorf Market Day, the people of Arichsdorf have resolved to make Market Day an annual affair. The Arichsdorf square and merchant district will be available to all comers to freely sell their wares. For the duration of Market Day shops can be operated in Arichsdorf free of tax and all goods traded, sold, or purchased are entirely free of tithes or fees levied by the local authorities. 

 

There are no restrictions on sellable items so long as the items sold do not cause harm to the buyer or to locals and Market Day guests. Harmful items may be sold at Market Day as long as the vendor makes the harmful effects of the item apparent before the sale. 

 

As always the Arichsdorf Militia reserves the right to remove any guest of Market Day from Arichsdorf for any reason at any time. 

 

RULES OF MARKET DAY

-No guest of Market Day may incite or initiate violence or use threats

-Unattended or automatic shops are strictly prohibited, merchants or their employees must operate their stall

-Political or Religious disagreements are to be resolved outside of the town limits

-Magic related items and products may be sold and magic-related services may be offered for sale however free form magic unrelated to trade or violating a prior rule is prohibited.

-Decisions made by the Arichsdorf Militia are non-negotiable

-The Arichsdorf Militia reserves the right to eject any guest for any reason

 

Stalls may be reserved in advance by speaking to a local steward. For those who have not reserved a stall stalls will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.
