To Carry the Torch

A missive is spread throughout the Principality of Fenn, bearing news from the Citadel.

 

Fair tidings unto the sons and daughters of Aelthos. Long have the High Councilors served, and quietly have they done so; rarely does tale of their work spread beyond the bleached walls of the Citadel. Yet, it is their labor that has brought our Principality to prosperity and glory. But no Council is forever. Those who serve must come and go, and so we announce these recent developments of the Council.

 

Lo, in holy reverence did the Archvigilants of Birth, Peace, War, and Death convene, and in their wisdom they have elected the first High Vigilant of Wyrvun for the Almarisian realm. The Archvigilant of War, Morael Drakon, shall bear the title; she ascends to both the High Council of Fenn and the Archonic Council of Fenn in order to represent the Vigilants of Wyrvun within the principality.

 

The Halerir of Fenn, Ayred Drakon, has resigned from that post in order to occupy the role of High Terhir upon the Council.

 

The High Terhir of Fenn, Sigirath Tundrak II, has resigned from that post in order to occupy the role of Halerir upon the Council.

 

The High Quenter of Fenn, Arevthor Tathvir, prepares to resign from his post. He bids any and all who hold interest in his work - to include managing the tavern, seeking long-lost Mali'fenn, and preparing festivals - to approach him and discuss their candidacy. The Quenters are the lifeblood of Fenn; they carry our histories and arts. It is no small task.

 

Lastly, I - Prince Vytrek - seek eventual resignation from my post as High Sentinel of the Ivae'fenn in the coming decades. If any would test their mettle for the revered role, they need only prove themselves within the Ivae'fenn.
