A Guide to your inner voices

Everyone has a Jake, a Henry and a Mike. Some people can see them, some can only hear them, most have them in the form of thoughts. But they're always there. Some people have more, but these three are always there.

How to control Jake:
To be able to control Jake, we must know what he is. Jake is someone something that causes pain. Jake likes to see you suffer.

Step 1. Make sure to be happy when you can.
This will ensure that he is weak, and he won't hurt you

Step 2. If you can't be happy, just ignore him
He will get mad, but don't fear, he can't do anything

Step 3. Don't argue with him, and don't let him make you sad or angry
Jake is strongest when you're angry or sad.

What's Henry:
Henry is something that cheers you up, something that brings you joy. Henry tells jokes, makes fun of situations, and always brings joy.

What's Mike:
Mike is something that loves you, something that makes you feel safe and loved. He is the opposite of Jake, and he enjoys seeing you happy. He is the strongest when you're happy, and the weakest when you're sad.
