For the duration of her tenure as Grand Maer of Karosgrad, Lady Zoya vas Ruthern has overseen recently unprecedented activity within the office, working tirelessly to ensure that the Haeseni capital is a bustling, prosperous municipality. Through her work as both Grand Maer and Steward, Lady Ruthern has ensured the optimization of the Haeseni economy and property exchange. It is her intention to remain in the office to continue the progress she has already begun, including the construction and planning of a substantial redesign of Karosgrad’s slums to optimize the use of said space.
